Fast balance updates

Approved credit refunds are written back to your wallet quickly after you submit a qualifying request from the order that never received a message.

Human review when needed

If your situation sits outside the automatic path, support can still inspect timestamps, routing, and account history before we close the ticket.

No cash refunds to your payment method

Funds you add to smsVerificationService are designed to stay inside the platform. We do not send reversals to cards, banks, wallets, or crypto addresses once a charge has cleared.

Payments are non-refundable to the original payment method.

Every purchase is treated as final at the cash layer. When you qualify for relief, we restore value exclusively as spendable account credit so we can keep pricing stable and reduce chargeback abuse across the network.

No SMS? Full credit back to your balance

When a rented or one-time number never receives an SMS or OTP during the active window you paid for, we treat that purchase as undelivered and put the full purchase amount back on your smsVerificationService wallet.

Eligible failures receive a 100% account credit refund.

After you confirm the number stayed empty for the required wait, the matching charge is removed from usage and the same dollar amount reappears in your balance almost immediately—ready for your next verification attempt.

How to claim your credit refund

Open your dashboard

Sign in and land on the workspace where live and recent orders stay grouped for quick review.

Browse your order list

Scroll to the purchase that should have produced a code; timestamps and service tags help you pick the right row.

Select the failed delivery

Choose the line item that never populated an inbox message during the allowed window.

Tap Request Refund

Use the action control on that order so our automation can attach the credit to the same transaction ID.

Watch the wallet refresh

Once approved, the amount snaps back into your spendable balance right away—no withdrawal queue and no separate voucher code.

Situations we cannot credit

Credits exist to fix undelivered work. Once a number has done its job—or once risk controls apply—we keep the charge so the supply chain stays funded.

  • A code arrived but you let it expire before typing it into the target app.
  • You picked the wrong brand or country inside the catalog and the number itself still worked.
  • Moderation suspended the profile after a terms breach tied to misuse of rented numbers.
  • Logs show the OTP was captured successfully and the downstream platform accepted it.
  • More than twenty-four hours passed since checkout before you filed the refund action.
